Need to submit a helpdesk ticket?  Here's how!




1. Here you enter your name.

2. Here you enter the subject of your problem, for example if you are having issues with sending emails, title it something like Problems sending emails. 

3. Here you enter the descirption of your issue.  Please try to be as specific as you can be.  This way we can answer your question or solve your problem as quickly as possible.

4. Here you can attach a file like a screenshot or other documents that could help us see the issue.

5. Here you can also search for Articles that could help you solve an issue that we commonly see.  This way common issues are solved even quicker.
