- On your office phone Dial 899
- Enter your phone password. If you do not know this password please contact Techops!
- You will be prompted with a menu. Select "0" for Voicemail options.
- You will then be given an option to record an "Unavailable Message", a "Busy Message", or just record your name to be plugged into a default voicemail.
- Follow the steps given to record the message.
